CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment online, you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to the Missed Appointment Policy outlined below: When booking online, a card on file is collected. The card on file will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment. We understand life happens, but we cannot enforce a policy for one person and not the other. A missed appointment is defined as: (A) canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice*, (B) failing to confirm your appointment at least 12 hours prior**, (C) arriving 15 or more minutes late, or (D) not showing up to your appointment. After a second missed appointment, future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking. *Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM. When requesting to reschedule a Monday or Tuesday appointment, the request must be made by Friday at 8 PM or the appointment will be treated as missed. **You will receive an appointment confirmation text up to 72 hours before your appointment. Appointments not confirmed may be released to a waitlisted client and then treated as missed. Consultations are complimentary; however, in the event of a no-show, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.
